Diggle secured a well earned point in the jungle that goes down as an excuse for a football pitch in this part of Holmfirth.
Brown put Diggle on the scoresheet with an exquisite lob from a through ball by Fitzgerald (37 minutes).
Wooldale equalised 3 minutes later with a glorious header from a corner.
The second half was a little better as both teams adjusted to the long pampas and it was Diggle that would have the best of the chances to take all 3 points.
Fitzgerald hit the bar with a left foot shot and then contrived to hit both posts with a right foot scorcher only to see the ball run free to the keeper.
Simpson would miss a penalty, hitting a soft shot at the "right height" for the keeper.
Diggle were happy to keep their season's unbeaten record intact.
